Description

Wooden art puzzle of 250 pieces, cut by hand in France respecting the environment.

Sold in luxurious box.

Also titled "Sardine Fishing, Opus 221 (adagio)", this painting from 1891 bears witness to Paul Signac's passion for the sea. He decided to become a painter after seeing paintings by Monet. It is with Seurat one of the representatives of the pointillist or divisionism movement. This pictorial technique, based on science, consists of placing small touches of pure color juxtaposed, leaving it to the eye to recompose the whole.
