Description

Cascadia is a tile-matching, token-drafting game featuring the habitats and wildlife of the Pacific Northwest.

As rounds progress, players build their own area of terrain and populate it with available wildlife. Players must thus create a diverse and harmonious ecosystem because each species has area preferences, and each habitat must be placed wisely to reduce fragmentation and score as well as possible. Cascadia features a 2-step puzzle that evolves over time as habitats and wildlife are added to each player's ecosystem. Players score points by creating the most harmonious wildlife spaces, but also the widest ones.
