Quando is a fun, fast-paced, and irresistible discard game

Quando is a discard game where the goal is to have the fewest points. Even if you think you've won, it's not a done deal. How do you play?

Each card has a value between 0 and 10 on each face.
On your turn, you must turn down one or more cards of the same value, or exactly three cards in a row.
Then you must draw a card; either face up or face down.
If, after drawing, you think you have the lowest total in your hand, you may tap. Each opponent may play once more, then everyone shows their hand.
The players with the lowest total score zero points, and the other players score their total.

Three important exceptions:

If the Tapper isn't the only one with the lowest total, they score their total plus five.
At any time during the game, even during the last round, if a player turns down exactly three identical cards, they call "Turn Zero," and each opponent must turn up a zero they have in their hand or, if they don't have one, draw a card. If a player, after drawing, has only zeros in hand, he lowers and it is a victory by K-0: each player immediately scores the total he has in hand. (This victory by K-0, is a sword of Damocles for those who keep their Three of a Kind to draw the Tapoteur during the last round).
