Quilling Mobile "Birds of Paradise" - Art & Créations - Sentosphère
Create birds of paradise with an original "quilling" technique which consists in rolling thin strips of multi-coloured paper and then releasing them into a template. With a dab of glue these very light birds will be ready to take flight to create a mobile.
