Place the marbles close to a window in daylight to charge their luminosity. In the evening, at bedtime to end your day, let the marbles zip down your ball track construction - to the accompaniment of your eerily beautiful howling.
If you forgot to recharge the glow in the dark marbles in daylight or you are allowed to stay up a bit longer, you can recharge them with a light: direct the light on the marbles for a couple of minutes so that they can do their otherworldly glowing all over again.
Requires a battery (AA 1.5V, not included).
