Who will have the least splashes at the end of the round?

Each player receives a series of 12 duck cards, bearing a number from 1 to 12, mixes them and places them in front of him, randomly in a grid of 4 cards by 3.
In addition to the number and a hilarious illustration (each of the 7 series of ducks is on a specific theme), each card also has a splash value from 0 to 5, at the bottom right.
A Captain is designated. He draws one by one the numbered cards from a draw pile. Each player moves the corresponding duck and covers another of his cards, adjacent, or places it elsewhere without covering. If the number called is not playable, because the corresponding card has already been covered by the player, he must say 'coin'. If all the players do the same, the card is set aside. After a certain number of cards thus discarded, the round ends. Each player adds up the values ​​of the visible splashes. After 3 rounds, the winner is the player with the lowest cumulative score.
Everyone must arrange to cover the biggest splashes with smaller ones and if possible to have only one pile of cards left at the end of the round.
