PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS
In all other cases (other countries, etc.), packaging and shipping costs are computed online and displaid before order validation (except for furniture: contact us for an estimate). The shipping costs depend on the following elements: - ordered items, - shipping country, - shipping mode (standard or express).
If you want to know the exact packaging and shipping costs, add the items to your shopping basket and click "view order". You will be directed to the summary of your order. From this page, you will be able to choose the shipping country. The packaging and shipping costs are computed and displaid automatically. If you want to know the exact packaging and shipping costs for one given product, you may also use this (quicker) tool.

TAXES

When shipment occurs outside EEC, you do not have to pay VAT (French tax) (except specific cases). Thus prices are displaid without tax if you choose a shipping country outside EEC, including VAT otherwise.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING DELAYS

You may choose between two delivery modes :

standard mode: your order will follow the normal cycle: preparation by our team, then shipment in standard (economic) mode. The preparation time may be more or less important depending on the volume of orders to be prepared by our team.

express mode: your order will be prepared in a priority way, and sent via an express shipment.

Approximate delays are always given at step 1 of the online order validation process. They depend on the following elements:
- shipping country,
- shipping mode (standard or express),
- current volume of orders to be prepared by our team.

Shipping delays are approximate and non contractual. Their being exceeded cannot justify the cancellation of your order without prior agreement of our share.

INSURANCE OF SENDINGS

All sendings are insured against physical loss or damage. Check the parcel in front of the deliverer. If you observe any damage, describe them on the receipt of delivery. Do not forget to date, sign and keep a double of the receipt... otherwise the insurance could not apply.

PAYMENTS
Payment can be done by credit card or by bankwire (SWIFT) by proforma invoice.

For credit cards, there is no fee.

For a bankwire (SWIFT), please add 10 euros (bank fee). If you choose this mean of payment, you will get our bank references on your e-mail.

CONSUMER RIGHTS - RETURNS

At any time within 7 days of receipt, you may return the products that you would not wish to keep. Warning: Any return must be preceded by an agreement from our customer service. We will deliver a return code that you will have to write on the parcel, otherwise your return would be refused at reception. Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals...), in perfect state, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Products returned incomplete, damaged or dirtied by the customer will not be accepted. In particular, we never accept a kite that has flown, even if it has only flown one single time. Returns are made at your own cost and risk. Thus you should get an adequate insurance for your sendings. Any return accepted by our customer service will generate a credit note or a refunding (upon request by the purchaser) to the profit of the purchaser, after qualitative checking of the returned products. Only the price of the returned products will be refunded. Delivery and shipping costs will not be refunded. Specific case: if the initial amount of your order allowed the free of port, two cases may arise: (1) the initial amount minus the value of the returned items does not allow the free of port. We will refund the value of the returned items minus the shipping costs which had been initially offered to you. (2) the initial amount minus the value of the returned items still allow the free of port. We will refund the value of the returned items.

Exception
You may not return the goods that have been customized and/or produced specifically for you. This includes furniture (Haba) that are made upon order (usually within 6 to 8 weeks), for which we require a deposit of 30%. We will not refund this deposit except if, without prior written notice, we are not able to match de delivery time.

AVAILABILITY, PARTIAL DELIVERY
The availability data displayed are not contractual. In case it is erroneous, we will contact you by email within 3 business days and inform you of the date it may be delivered.

 

Without explicit request from you, orders are delivered complete. If, at the time of your order, an ordered item is not available, our team will ship your order once all ordered items become available. You may ask to receive the available items, the remainder of the order being delivered later on. In this case, only sendings above 55 euros may be sent free. For sendings below 55 euros, we charge for shipping costs. (*) or 100 euros depending on the shipping country. Free shipments do not apply to all countries, please refer to the paragraph "PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS".

INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS

Pictures and texts: in spite of our will to be as precise as possible and to respect the reality of the products, it can occur that an error of description appears on a product. In such case we always do our best to correct it as soon as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for the modifications of the products, because those can be modified without notice by the manufacturers.

The photographs of the products are noncontractual. The prices, the descriptions and the colours of the products of our online catalogue are only given as an indication and may vary according to the provisioning and the economic conditions or situation.

The products conform to the French legislation. Our responsibility could not be engaged in the event of nonrespect of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the customer to check nearby the local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products.

RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind which arises out of your use of or failure to use purchased products.

Especially, regarding the sport kites and the power kites, we can not be held responsible for any damage of any kind resulting in a use that would not conform to the following elementary recommandations:
- choose a released and safe place,
- keep away from any electric or telephonic line and other cables,
- keep away from trees, houses, roads and lanes, water surfaces, cliffs,
- be careful not to fly above persons,
- do not practise near aerodromes, airports, power stations,
- take into account meteorology and do not practise under stormy weather, with strong winds or strong variations of the wind,
- observe the conditions of use of the products,
- choose a kite with a traction adapted to the weather conditions and to the pilot,
- make good use of the safety accessories recommended by the manufacturer,
- and in all the cases: good sense is always a good reflex.

Haba furniture are in conformity with the European standards into force.
